The gap
Every transaction carries a gap between what is presented and what can be proven. Seller models, management presentations and data rooms are prepared to persuade. The distortion is rarely deliberate. It is structural, and it is priced in after signing.
Saloa was built to close that gap.
One constraint
Output may contain only what can be traced to evidence. A claim that cannot be traced is not assumed. It is recorded as unknown.
Three principles
- Source tiers
- Not all evidence carries equal weight. Audited filings outrank seller models; seller models outrank recollection.
- The epistemic gate
- No claim enters the ruling as fact until its evidential status is verified.
- The four-voice framework
- Every finding is tested by Creator, Advocate, Devil and Judge before a ruling holds.
Origin

Saloa originates from a discipline its founder refined over years: reducing information to what holds, and isolating where it breaks. Months of design and deterministic code turned that discipline into infrastructure, applied to one of the highest-consequence decisions in business: the acquisition of valuable assets.
Position
Saloa takes no side in a transaction. It does not recommend investments. It traces claims to evidence and states what remains.
